SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
4.1 This insurance is non-transferable to any subsequent owner of the Insured Device.
4.2 The Insurance Certificate must be purchased at the same date and time of purchasing the Insured good.
4.3 The warranty starts after expiry of the original warranty period, and shall remain in force for 12 or 24 months from that date, as stipulated on the Insurance certificate. It is understood here that the original manufacturer’s warranty start date is the purchase date of the Insured Good.
4.4 This Insurance Certificate is not renewable.
4.5 The device besides the general information must be identified on the Insurance Certificate with the following: IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) or serial number.
4.6 The maximum limit for replacement cost for the whole duration of the Insurance Certificate will be in any case, the purchase value of the Insured good.
4.7 The extended warranty Insurance shall automatically terminate when the insured device replaced with the new one without prejudice to the exclusions of these general conditions and the covered limits.
4.8 The insured person is responsible of backup software and saving data residing on the Covered Device. DURING HARDWARE SERVICE, IWORLD CONNECT may delete the contents of the covered device and reformat the storage media.
